Before SmartAC, memberships were discussed, but the conversations weren’t consistent or unified across the team. Introducing SmartAC created a more cohesive “membership culture,” giving everyone a natural, effective way to bring up memberships with customers. As a result, the team became more aligned, more confident in explaining the value, and more motivated to promote memberships—ultimately leading to an increase in membership sales.
